WHAT WE DO:
The Pupil Services and Early Childhood Departments provide direct and related services to infants, toddlers, pre-school and school age children with disabilities. In addition, families are supported in helping their children develop to their full potential. Some of these services include classroom instruction, psychology, speech and language therapy, occupational therapy, physical therapy, visual impairment services, orientation and mobility, assistive technology, and work study.
The Pupil Personnel and Early Childhood Departments boast almost 180 ESC staff members as well as many support staff hired through Callos staffing agency. Using a very conservative 10 years of experience, this totals 1800 years of combined experience, primarily with individuals with disabilities. This staff includes many with Masters degrees and beyond. The dedicated staff ensure that individual student needs are being addressed in effective, meaningful ways to help enrich the lives of children.
