    The Opportunities for Ohioans with Disabilities Agency (OOD) is the state agency that works to promote independence and self -sufficiency for Ohio citizens with significant disabilities. The Mahoning County  Collaborative Vocational Rehabilitation Contract for transition age youth is an agreement between OOD and the Mahoning County Educational Service Center (MCESC) in order to provide vocational rehabilitation  services to transition youth with disabilities. Through this partnership transition age youth with disabilities in Mahoning and Columbiana Counties have the opportunity to obtain self-sufficiency, independence and employment. Focus populations includes:transition aged youth with significant disabilities enrolled in school.
