Site Administrative Training Goal:  to have a working knowledge of the components of the Induction & Mentoring Program, the formative assessment process, and the development of professional growth and development for beginning teachers.
Timeline: to take place in monthly county administrative meetings (Elementary Principals, Middle School Principals, High School Principals, Assistant Principals, Curriculum Council & Superintendents)
